B. The individual is at least age 18 years. C. There is evidence of conduct disorder with onset before age 15 years...

Orlando shooting 50 persons are dead in orlando shooting incident. it was shocking for US society that there was no any single to stop this .... where was the security guards ?? Mr Omer Mateen was under observation of CBI during 2010 . why proper mitigation was not assured by the security agencies ??? This was a crime against humanity. This was a personal activity of Mr Omer Mateen. who was a psycho patient according to his ex-wife.
